About the Event

We will be learning how to bake. We are going to learn baking techniques so our baked goods come out at their best. Learning about different baked goods from different cultures and try to replicate them. Maybe invent our own recipes?? Going to become responsible and become independent in the kitchen. Have fun and satisfy our sweet tooth!

Activity Leader bio: My name is Melanie, I am a sophomore and love to bake. I like to cook and enjoy watching food network. I am crafty, like taking pictures, and like music. I enjoy teaching what I know and help others.

Materials Needed: Of course ingredients needed to make baked goods, pans, cupcake liners, measuring cups, food weight scale (optional), different types of trays, wisk, large bowls, large ziplog bags, piping tip (optional), I will specify ingredients at the class.
