Debate

Course Dates: Every week on Saturdays from 11:00am-11:40am PST and Sundays from 1:00-1:40pm PST during the month of August, starting the first week of August (August 8th and August 9th are first classes).

Course Description: In this debate course, you'll develop necessary skills for debate, become familiar with writing arguments, and learn more about current world events! Whether you are someone planning on debating in middle or high school, or just want to try it out, this course is a great class for learning the basics of debate.

Activity Leader bio: Michelle is a rising sophomore in high school with an interest in politics and government. At school, she is part of the debate team, the varsity girls golf team, and the varsity swim team. In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading and playing the guitar.
