Strawberry Scones

Activity Leader bio: My name is Lauren and I am a high school junior. I lived in China for 12 years and moved to America the summer before eighth grade. I love animals, playing the flute, and baking.

Materials Needed: Flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, unsalted butter (chilled - don't take it out early!), chopped fresh strawberries, eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, and powdered sugar (optional)
