About the Event
Keep active during this time of isolation! We will be doing workouts beneficial for all people and be leading a stretch to work out any built-up tension in the body. We like doing intense workouts but also adding fun by doing yoga and gymnastics. We have two classes each week, so if you are not able to join one, join the other!
Activity Leader bio: This activity will be hosted by Chloe and Mieke.
Hi my name is Chloe. I am a high school freshman. My passion is dance and I love working with kids. I spend 11 hours every week dancing. Not only am I an athlete, I am taking 2 honors classes this year. Just last year, I was a recipient of the Los Altos Rotary Award and helped a lot around school. With the sudden abundance of time I have on my hands, I want to make the most of it by using this time to help others.
My name is Mieke. I have done multiple jobs that require me to socialize and be able to work with kids. I play field hockey and volleyball and enjoy staying active through quarantine.
