Intro to Parliamentary Debate!

This is a great introduction to Parliamentary debate. We will be learning both about the structure and some beginning strategies of debate. This is also a unique opportunity to get a feel for what high school debate will be like if you're interested in the future!

Activity Leader bio: Alyssa and Sarah will be hosting this activity.

Alyssa is a highschool freshman. She is very passionate about academics and has a strong interest in math and science. She is also an international competitor in Taekwondo, and loves coaching young athletes at her studio! She is on the debate team at her high school and loves competing at tournaments with her partner, Sarah. 

Sarah is a high school freshman. She has a passion for neuroscience and hopes to go into the medical field when she is older. She loves Parliamentary debate, and finding ways to take her opponents down! In her free time, she enjoys making boba from scratch, reading books, and coding.
